Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Cassia currently located?

Cassia is currently operating as a limited-time pop-up from Ozone Coffee in Grey Lynn while we prepare our new permanent home at 58 Albert Street in Auckland CBD, opening late August.

Will my pop-up voucher be valid at the new venue?

Absolutely. All Cassia pop-up gift vouchers and bookings transition seamlessly to our new home at 58 Albert Street.

Do I need a reservation?

We highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment. While we do keep a small number of tables available for walk-ins each evening, reservations are the best way to guarantee your spot.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we love a spontaneous dinner decision. Limited walk-in tables are available nightly, subject to availability.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary requirements and allergies. Please let us know when booking so we can take care of you properly.

Is parking available?

Yes. There is off-street parking nearby, along with a limited number of designated parking spaces available for guests.

Will the menu stay the same?

You’ll still find many Cassia favourites, including our legendary lamb chops, alongside new dishes inspired by fire, smoke, spice, and seasonal produce.

Can I book for groups or private dining?

Yes. We welcome group bookings and enquiries for private dining and functions at our upcoming 58 Albert Street venue. Whether it’s an intimate celebration, corporate dinner, or long lunch that turns into a longer dinner, our team would love to help.

What kind of dining experience can I expect?

Cassia blends bold modern Indian flavours with warm hospitality, tandoori cooking, and a dining room designed for lingering a little longer than planned.
