An Evening with Peregrine Wines

Join us at Cassia for an exclusive wine dinner celebrating Peregrine Wines, one of Central Otago's most respected organic producers. Winemaker Nadine Cross will be with us on the night, sharing the story behind each pour, from the region's unique cool climate character to Peregrine's journey to full organic certification.

The evening begins with a selection of snacks to start, followed by four courses from the Cassia kitchen. Enjoy Cassia signature dishes including Tandoori fish and our famous Lamb Chops, paired with current and library release Peregrine wines. Seating is communal, set on our private floor for an intimate, connected dining experience.

Tickets are limited to 26 seats.
